Atty Dossey was a great choice to develop our Trust & Pour-Over Will. I researched over 20 local lawyers before selecting Atty Dossey, and he did not disappoint. Not only did he simplify the process through his willingness to discuss, suggest, and explain, but he also took time to review every detail of the Trust. He brought "legalize" into layman's language, which put us at ease. Jim welcomes interaction and communication before and after the Trust finalization. He is a consummate professional, and his staff is wonderful & enhances his law office.

We learned about Mr. Dossey via the Ark Church in Conroe and an amazing class they presented to educate members about estate planning. Really appreciated their broad documentation (written and electronic) which included a very helpful overview of each document and what it meant to us. They were patient with us as we walked through difficult decisions and clearly documented their charges which included several modifications before reaching the final documents.
