Stay away from this business!!! As others have noted, Susan is insanely unprofessional, rude and vindictive. You are not allowed to question any of her decisions or actions. I feel sorry for her clients and staff. She took on our probate case, bungled the whole thing and when we dared question her actions and process she dropped us as clients with little warning, charged us thousands and thousands of dollars and left us in a worse situation than when we started. If this person wants to operate as if semi-retired she should just plain retire rather than running the legacy of this business into the ground. Very sad.

I'd give Susan a 10-star rating if I could! She's been a tremendous help for myself and my family. She presents as precise, detailed, succinct, and no-nonsense, as she is such a wealth of information to process through without wasting time and drawing out her fees. She's on top of every single word in every document, and could explain it all in laymen words. Thank you, Susan, for your outstanding help!! And for the confidence you inspire! While you're an excellent, highly knowledgeable and savvy attorney, you're also a very kind person!

Susan and her team were wonderful to work with! My parents worked with her to get their wills written up, and she was thorough, direct, and timely. She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood what was going on. I would highly recommend her!

We retained services from Susan Johnson-Drenth to prepare our will. Susan did an excellent job for us. She took the time to get to know our needs and wants. She is excellent, as is her staff. She is knowledgeable, honest and direct. She definitely knows her buisness. She explained everything very clearly to us, she answered our questions and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for legal services. I know were going to let our family and friends know how happy we were with Susan and her firm. If you want a will prepared the correct way you need to see Susan!

Susan is rude and confrontational. There is a difference between being direct and being so rude that all our family members jaws were on the floor. We were uncomfortable and unsure what to do. Would not recommend her.
