I am a Realtor, and I recommend Hutchens for every closing that I have! They are absolutely fantastic, and they are very detailed. I end up using Kim and Cindy for the majority of my closings, and they are both amazing! Leona is great, too! There's no other real estate firm in the area that is as organized and efficient as they are!

This branch of Hutchens & Hutchens handled a real estate closing for us January 2019. While anyone with whom we spoke was pleasant, their customer service was horrible. We expected they would lead us through the details of preparing for the closing, having never purchased real estate before in SC. They failed to inform us of even the most basic information needed. As a result we ended up having to make an out of state trip two days before closing in order to have the necessary funds. We, along with our real estate agent, did all the thinking and initiated all the necessary arrangements. Had we not our closing would have fallen through. Look elsewhere if you need/want good service for a real estate closing.

I closed on my house in March 2019 and the entire process was smooth and seamless. Anytime I had questions both the paralegal and attorney were always available. I would highly reccomend Hutchens Law Firm for any of your Real Estate needs.

The lady that answers the phone is incredibly unfriendly for no reason. With all of the options available - no reason to be subjected to that.
