I purchased an efficiency condo at Grande Cayman, with closing on December 16, 2025. Scott and team are great, we have used them several times now and are always pleased with the experience. Scott does an amazing job going over all the documents so you understand, but also keeps the process moving along. While the entire team is amazing. The real rockstar that we can not shout enough praise for is Jenn. She is super responsive and dedicated to getting everything done and ready to go. She is always quick with an answer, and if she doesn't know it she will find it out for you. So grateful for the entire team and can not express how much I would recommend this team.
