I met with one of the attorneys In February of 2024 for advice on a minor legal matter. Over a period of 6 weeks I made 3 polite calls to ascertain when I should expect to receive a call back on the matter. I received no acknowledgement of my calls to the attorney. I left a final respectful message with the secretary on week 6 to the effect that I would find assistance elsewhere. I do not recommend this attorney’s office if you are a person who appreciates timely communication or at least a polite call to the effect that your attorney is busy and your concerns have not been forgotten.

I met with this law firm at the recommendation of a good friend. At the original meeting, I was told that someone would contact me "in a days" to go over the merits of the case. Three weeks later and 4 emails and 3 phone calls later, still no contact at all. Apparently they are too busy to return an call or email. Very unprofessional and just plain rude. Will be contacting another firm tomorrow.

Jeff Hubbard is a kind, understanding, helpful, reasonably priced, and just an all around great attorney!!! He has helped my family and me for more 15 years! He is very good at what he does and gets tasks done in a timely manner. He is always respectful of what clients want. I would definitely recommend Jeff Hubbard as an outstanding attorney in the Bedford area!

Took our money and barely returned a phone call. Took more money and then GHOSTED us. DO NOT USE!

They were handling a closing and screwed up the numbers and had to redo all the paperwork which delayed the closing.
