We had some issues with the contract from our seller The Hrdlicka Law Firm worked hard to resolve all of our issues and make sure all important items to us as buyers made it into the contract. I especially appreciate all the precautions they took at the closing due to Covid-19. I would highly recommend working with this Law firm. This firm represented our lender at the closing of our home purchase. Absolute nightmare to deal with them. It was very difficult to schedule the closing; due to the lack of availability on their calendar, the seller lost the home he was supposed to purchase and our closing got delayed by weeks while he scrambled to find a new place to move into. Secondly, they were not proactive in the days leading up to the closing. They sent our final numbers MINUTES before closing, as we waited at the bank nearby to get cashier’s checks.
