At the end of July, my wife and I purchased a house in the Gainesville Florida area. The Real Estate Agent informed us that John’s Roscow would be the closing attorney. It all seemed pretty routine until the day of the closing. What happened next was far from routine. Mr Roscow presented himself as the most professional, informed, helpful attorney I have ever met.He went out of his way to ensure we understood everything involved in our purchase. Going over and above must be second nature to this man, because he didn’t just deliver, he exceeded everyone’s expectations exponentially. If I ever need law advice i unequivocally will call John Roscow. His caring and professionalism is a breath of fresh air.

We have been using John Roscow for all of our real estate needs for decades and have experienced nothing but the best service every time. From start to finish has been an absolute nightmare. Quick and in a hurry when they want or needed something but slow slow slow when you need something from them... A week after closing now having to do extra signing due to T's not being crossed and I's not being dotted (figure of speech) would not recommend ever.

The closing went well except Ashley forgot the date was moved up from June 28 to June 24. I had to send her copies of our text conversations from a few weeks earlier to show her that we changed the date. I didn't even get much of an apology other than a 5am message the closing would happen.
