Cannot recommend Ken more highly enough! He is both knowledgeable and guided by strong moral principles, which is rare to find among attorneys these days. Without question, Hesser and Kipke would be my absolute go-to should any issues ever arise in the future.

It took me some time to find the words to properly leave this review. After quite sometime of thinking the easiest way to put things, is I wouldn’t have trusted my case in the hands of anyone else except for Ken. He made me feel at ease though every part of the process of handling my WC case that was very complex, and had been open for several years before it crossed his desk. If it wasn’t for his dedication, as well as some help from his wife, I wouldn’t have been able to gain control of my life back. For that I owe them more than words or money can fathom. There is nobody else that I would ever recommend to anyone in a WC case. The firm is small, and you will feel like a member of the family by the end, and that is something these big name firms just can’t give you.

Mr. Hesser is an amazing attorney! He helped me with my workman’s compensation case. He was honestly more of a guide he doesn’t try to push a settlement. He truly takes the time to listen to you and understand what you are looking for and did better that I expected! I have dealt with a few lawyers for other things and he is the only one that tries to be available as much as possible. The longest I waited for a response was 6 hrs if it wasn’t urgent and 1hr if it was. He treats you like a person and always keeps you updated no matter how small the update is! I completely recommend him if you need the services he provides! He’s a great person and an amazing lawyer!
