Hogan Law Firm

I was referred to Hogan Law Firm by Homeland Title to help draft a real estate contract. When I called to schedule a consultation, the woman who answered the phone was quite rude. Despite that, I stayed polite and continued the conversation. I was told that Bri would call me back to complete my intake and schedule the consultation. Unfortunately, I never received that call. When someone is referred to a law firm for a time-sensitive real estate matter, you would expect at least a follow-up or acknowledgment. The lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing.

It’s painful to even give them one star. They are absolutely horrible. All they did was take our money, no communication unless they were sending an invoice. They even gave our case to a different attorney at the firm without even telling us. Anne is incredibly rude! Never again will I use this firm. This is no way to treat people, especially locals!

Lost my Case . charges were very expensive. not recommended at all!

Absolutely terrible experience. They did nothing and released me because l wouldn’t continue on with their weird but somewhat legal plan,( l consulted 4 attorneys during n after) none could figure out what their end game would be. Why go in that direction ? Well,to prolong my issue and get more money? Maybe.Found out they did this to someone else and were fined by Florida Bar.

Went for consultation this week. Spoke with Kim and she put our minds at ease. They are doing all of our family planning at a reasonable rate. We have known the Hogans since his dad owned the drug store uptown. Very trustworthy family. We feel we have made the right decision going with this law firm and would strongly recommend them.
