Dropped off my will paperwork over at his office in August. Waited two months did not hear from them so decided to call them still waiting for an answer back. Plus, I also emailed their office twice and still got no reply!! How long does it take for some person to get back together with you to drop a sorry simple will I guess way too long for this company I wouldn’t give them zero stars you have to give them one to get it started !!!!

Johnston blames Sasser, Sasser blames Johnston, either way, someone from their office transferred the Title, for the property we were trying to mortgage, on the elonged document to the MERS back in 2007-2008 and it never made it there; Wells Fargo benefited from their error, by foreclosing on a home that had no Title, so it was filed as "a lost title" but no one from Wells Fargo or Johnston and Sasser, ever testified nor was an affidavit or interrogatories ever submitted. Biggest sham and crime in our nations history...US home owners sold out to a bank that is not even American owned anymore. Called to inquire about the Title, and got no response but finger pointing.

Over a week and no response from anyone without calling and when I called they only had excuses why the lawyer had no time to even read the email they insisted I send. Very rude!! Finally told me to find another attorney. Stay away or be played!!!
