So, after contacting Methodist we are trying to figure out why a letter was sent out from your office claiming a lien on a bill that insurance has already paid? Methodist states that they have not sent anything to collection for you all to say pay your office and not Methodist. With a signature from a kitchen employee and an invalid notary stamp that overlaps wording. Feeling a scam in the making.
Not much to critique. Went there to finalize selling my house. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.
