Update!!!! Still the worst customer service I have ever had!! I mean I get it we owe money. Like we don't know that we owe money. I had to have emergency surgery. Emergency being the key word. If I had my choice I would have said no because I don't have the money. Not the case!! Everyone is right just show some compassion. They was quick to garnish my wages of 590.94, but when I over paid by 150$ they made up excuses on why they haven’t reimbursed me. First it was they didn’t receive the check which I made them a liar, then it was a processing error bc the officer manger screwed something up. Then when I called the woman was extremely rude and hateful

HEATHER IS THE WORST!!! I have called 26 times for over a month to try and set up a payment plan.
