I would never use this company again . They took forever to even clear the title, then held the money waiting on mail that they new was coming for the State. You will not be a priority. They also take forever to call you back and only after leaving several messages. Update they have received the mail and are still holding the money. They are making up new stuff. I would never trust them...

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars because this title company is amazing! They are so efficient, and they go above and beyond to ensure a seamless closing for all parties. I know I can trust that my clients will be taken care of with them. Jess and Katie are an absolute godsend. They are always so patient and willing to help with any title questions I have. Not only that, but they do it with a smile on their faces! I am so grateful to work with a title company who cares about what they do every single day, and it shows in their work.

I had an important real estate matter that needed to be completed very quickly. Ashlee Cox did a phenomenal job. She was very competent and was able to accommodate my tight schedule. I would highly recommend.
