They took us as a client for estate planning at the in the middle of February and once we got there, they told us that they were shutting down their estate planning branch and would only refer out at the end of February. I'm not sure why they would take our business when our business would have to be moved should any changes be made to any will or trust going forward. I also had a horrible experience with their communication or lack of. To make matters worse, they wrote down the wrong guardianship for our girls and we had to catch it in office and make the update. Then she also incorrectly stated some other terms that we had that needed to be corrected. Good thing I checked, but you shouldn't have to double check after your lawyer.
