I have known this firm since 2019 and have always been treated kindly by Mauricio and his staff. Just recently I had to travel for my interview appointment in Cd Juárez. Mauricio met with me a month prior and answered all of my questions. Always listening and giving me a good response. They guided me every step of the way. They took care of scheduling all the necessary appointments for this interview in Juárez. All I had to do was show up on time. I went to each appointment prepared and was so thrilled when I received the approval for my residency. I couldn’t have done it without the help of Herrera Law Firm. Not responsive and not available in a timely manner. Hired him for my mothers case. Had several bumps along the way and planned to move in a different direction. Spoke to their legal aid with questions related to this new direction to better plan and it’s taken over a month to get a response (or none really) related to those questions as we have not heard back yet. Would not recommend for immigration services as aids or attorney are not knowledgeable, incompetent, or careless with their clients cases.

I met with attorney Herrera we agreed that I would provide information and set a follow up appointment at the desk. I set the follow up appointment and within a few days sent the information requested. When I called to check if the had the information the receptionist could not find it or me in the system. Once I was found I was told they had the information but I had no follow up appointment. I gave them the time and day I was provided and they said they would need to check with Mr. Herrera as the appointment given to me was not in the system. Two weeks passed no call so I called to ask about my appointment and again they did not know who I was and had to be discovered in the system again. I was told they would call me.
