These people rip you off and add interest and you paying them you can barely survive because all they want is money me furthermore I think we all should get together and file a lawsuit on them. Then they get attitudes when you call and ask for information about your case. Never went to court just received paperwork in the mail for a judgment..

They refuse to answer your calls but will garnish your parents wages. I've been trying to fight a case for my mom since 2023 and they have ignored several attempts to contact them, and refuse to call back. They refuse to even try to understand people who are willing to pay their debt. They'll instead take it to court without the person present to garnish wages and move on. This firm deserves to be shut down and those working there shamed for the mistreatment of people

Like others have stated, they have illegal practices. If you respond to them, they act as if they haven’t received any communication. They will deny it in court then push for wage garnishments for an absurd amount. If dealing with them, keep all phone records and attempts to contact. They don’t allow mail straight to their office, just P.O. Box, so send correspondence certified and keep the receipt. Electronic correspondence is the best route, but they will not answer the email provided on their letterheads or website. Keep record of your attempts though.

I do understand that sometimes you have to be strict with collections. I myself have been employed as a debt collector. But the conversation that I just had today made me feel less of a person. The female representative would barely let me get a statement out to get an understanding of the next steps I wanted to take to pay off the debt. She dismissed any conversation automatically assuming that I am calling to argue. I understand my debt and I am attempting to pay it off. I could pay the balance in full but the way she treated me makes me not even want to attempt to pay it and since I live in a non garnish State, they would not be able to get any funds from me. What they do is illegal. They do not answer calls or respond to requests to correspondence. I consistently make monthly payments and have done so for years. My balance has continued to increase rather than to decrease. This is a scam for sure especially since they buy accounts for little or nothing. They are very unprofessional and shady. They deserved a class action lawsuit long, long ago.
