I've called twice to make an appointment but Ms. Henderson has not returned my calls. I called again today to make an appt, but I was told to leave a message. But I said no one has called me back, so he hung up on me. Wow! Instead of helping me, you get upset with me. If I were Caucasian would you have treated me the same way? I think not. Michele and Megan do a great job and are locally owned and operated. Michele has lived in the area for many, many years and knows Richmond Hill and its people. She is detail oriented and pays attention during real estate transactions making certain there are no title defects. She has caught several things on title that could have been an issue if not for her. Megan does a great job too and is great in the closing abouts communicating and explaining to clients. Her loyal staff have been with her for many years, also know their paralegal jobs well and are highly dependable! Highly recommend for real estate closings!

This law firm is terrible. We were supposed to close on a house deal today. The buyer wanted to use Michel Henderson as their attorney for the closing and found out yesterday that the she didn't want to do the paperwork and so decided not to do the closing. She could have informed us of this long before the closing date so that we would have had time to rearrange things in order to close on time. Now we have had to postpone the closing more than two weeks. What kind of way is this to do business? If you are thinking of using this firm, better to go somewhere else first.
