I would not recommend this law firm. Andrew appears unwilling to take on cases if a client has previously expressed frustration or used strong language toward the opposing party. Litigation often involves heightened emotions, and effective counsel should be able to navigate that professionally. Declining representation over hurt feelings raises concerns about judgment and resilience.

Called to ask a simple questions to figure out what I need to do for some legal actions and the receptionist was a winch. She was rude and talked down to me like I was dumb. I had a consultation with Andrew Johnson, and I was quoted a price during the consultation. It didn't dawn on me until afterwards that we never discussed exactly what that price would cover. I felt a little uneasy by the price, and I felt like there would be more asked for later down the line, I believe I may be been right. I sent an email asking if we could further discuss the price given and what it would cover. I never received an email back. I called the office and left a couple messages with the receptionist, about my concerns. I never got a call back either. He gave me unhonest vibes. The fact that I was questioning where my money would go without response, confirms my feelings.
