Hi used Michael to create an LLC for me and to close a real estate deal. It took me 5 emails over 2 weeks to get a reply to my email requesting the paperwork on this LLC. Then another 2 weeks to get a reply with the actual information. When he did send the document - it didn't have my EIN number on it. Oh, also the bill came in $600 higher than I was quoted.
