We had a very disappointing experience. For months, we received no updates at all. Every time we called to ask for progress, we were told the work was “not ready yet.” After waiting several more months, we were informed that the lawyer was on vacation and that she would call us when she returned—but that call never came. It has now been over a year, and communication has been extremely poor throughout the entire process. Only recently did they complete the first step of the work—something that should have been done a long time ago.
