I called based on a reference from a trusted person. I asked fir a 5 minute phone call to answer if any action could be taken when the judge dies nit follow the law, chpt 633 in this case. Judge allowed executrix to not give a full accounting even in 12 years since our mother's death. This lawyer took my address, and didn't even mention Motion for Reconsideration or any actions. I didn't ask for anything else. When I emailed why did you need my address and don't give it or any personal info out, he would not confirm, very upsetting, when he knew I was already stressed and hurt. Then he said he would review and maybe give a different address when I didn’t even ask him to do anything at all! I should not have given it to him.
