Wonderful office! The women on the phone at reception was incredible she said she was new to the office I think her name was Karen. Very knowledgeable and great at following up felt like she actually wanted to help me! Looking forward to coming in person to sign a few papers and getting to put a face to the name!

Very disappointing work. We hired them over a year ago to handle the estate of my father in law and grandmother in law. After a year, and 7 thousand dollars in charges, nothing has been accomplished. We had numerous conversations with them and we always left with more questions than answers and a number of times we were told ‘well after a brief google search’. We are capable of doing our googling. Our cousin hired an attorney a month ago and their attorney already got the case to court. We emailed our attorney today to express a bit of frustration, very kindly, and ask for advice on how to handle the court. They replied that they wish to no longer represent us. A year of nothing and 7 thousand dollars in charges and they choose to not represent us a week before the matter goes to court. Ou

I certainly can attest to the friendliness of the work environment at Harwood Lloyd in Hackensack. I’ve visited on several occasions & everyone is so friendly and the best part is they remember your name! Former Judge and current attorney, Zan Carver, is phenomenal. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him as a person and as a(n) defender/advocate/mediator. He is well-connected, well-respected, and truly humble. There is no other person I rely on for legal advice since we first met about 4 years ago. His work is something to be admired & I would recommend his council to anyone looking for quality service.

Michael Spinato did a phenomenal job. Very patient, professional and very experienced! The entire staff were also great to work with!

Pretty disappointed with their performance. Felt like my company was overcharged and was assigned inexperienced junior staff to handle the case. (In before HL replies with “fake review”)
