Update: Refinanced using same office and it was very smooth. Individual who should've sent the paperwork previously had left the office. Aspen was great with our refi! We closed in SEPTEMBER and were told we'd be emailed a copy of our closing documents in their entirety and it is now APRIL and even though I've inquired multiple times that hasn't happened. It also doesn't seem very legal.
