After voicing my concerns in the partner posting and I called this has been resolved. cases are not as easy as I'd like to think they are and no are they as fast as I'd like to think they are. but I do need really good communications and sometimes I don't understand things so I do appreciate that they're taking time to now explain everything to me and why things are the way they are they have been great and I have been told by numerous people they are the greatest attorneys that you can deal with.
