It has nothing to do with the gentlemans political colors regardless of his choosen party. The man was a federal prosecutor so rest assured he knows the workings of the court room and certainly understands the theacticals of Working a jury which is probably the most importance of a trial and winning.

He has seen my Brother and I when our Mom was a Circuit Court recorder and then typed up the transcripts at night. She was a Steno Mask Court Recorder and she used Cassette Tapes to record the Courts too.

I hope you all take any action you can against this judge. Our courts are meant to be impartial no matter what a defendant has done.
