Careful. Don’t give them your real phone number. Get a free Google number or something before you call them. I get anywhere from 6-12 calls daily from scammers trying to help me with debt consolidation loans ever since I filed for bankruptcy with them. I block those numbers but I just get more calls from other numbers - supposedly wanting to give me $75k for bills when I just filed for bankruptcy. Right. Don’t sell my number!!!! I need a lawyer to fight my lawyer now 🤨 I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL LIKE THIS UNTIL I DEALT WITH THESE LAWYERS ON MY DEBT ISSUES BUT THEY ARE “assuring me” THAT THEY NEVER SOLD MY PHONE NUMBER! 🙄 I did just have a birthday last month but it wasn’t my first birthday! 🙄. We started our journey with Harold Shepley and Associates almost four years ago. It was a very difficult time as I had just received a notice of being sued by a credit card company. I was also going through a very difficult time in my family. When I searched for lawyers to help me and I found Harold Shepley and Associates, I won’t lie...I doubted their existence. I mean, I google mapped their address and everything! I looked them up on every site possible. It was hard to believe that you could handle all of the paperwork and all without ever stepping foot into their office. Well, we have officially finished our debt consolidation as of two days ago and I could not be any happier!!! They were so helpful and understanding from the very beginning. I just entered the debt relief program but had to leave a review because of how incredibly nice everyone is!! I didn't feel like I was being judged either for being in debt. It's rare to find such a nice staff whose very helpful. I definitely recommend them!! Also they made the process very easy to set everything up.

My husband became disabled and could no longer work, which made paying off debt we accumulated very difficult due to the loss in income. We tried a debt management program, which reduced our monthly payments a little bit, but we ended up getting credit cards to get through until it was paid off. We then re-enrolled into the debt management again to pay off those credit cards, and it was a vicious cycle where we ended up accumulating more credit cards again (to cover things like vehicle repairs, major appliances, etc.). We enrolled in the debt settlement program with Harold Shepley and we're now debt free! All of the staff were very professional and the program was much more affordable.

I was contacted by an agent today and she definitely left me feeling way worse than I originally felt about my case. I contacted shepley because I was sent a letter portraying themselves as a viable option. But after talking with the agent today, I was told “your case is not beneficial to us because it’s not enough money and we would only take your case if you combined all your debt”. She talked over me the entire conversation. Then she proceeded to rub salt in the wound and tell me over and over she couldn’t help me and to get myself in a better situation financially before I tried calling them again. Which I thought I was calling someone to help with said financial issues. When in reality this was clearly never gonna be a legitimate option for me.
