We have been working with this office for almost a year now. We have not heard from them in MONTHS. We have sent emails, called, left voicemails, and our social worker has even reached out. They have not responded to myself or our social worker in more than 3 months. Our family is very understanding and we know that times have changed since COVID, but we have not received even an update. Awful service and communication.
Great service. Love these people ! Very homey. They helped me become a citizen to the United States of America. I can now say I am a proud american
