NOT RECOMMENDED. I see Attorney Hancock’s 5 star reviews are mainly from years ago. Something is obviously going on where her and her office manager’s professionalism has declined. I handed over a $5k check after my daughter’s initial consultation. We expected A LOT more from the rates this firm charges. Documents sent to opposing party were delayed and they blamed my daughter. Her request for a specific change was met with sarcasm. Hopefully this firm invests in sensitivity training. At my daughter’s final hearing, I’m hoping the judge asks if she is happy with her representation. Our response as a family will say it all — along with this review.

Positive Vibes! Attorney Hancock was passionate, detail oriented, knowledgeable and possessed the drive and willingness to represent me in a few cases. I highly recommend her services. Nancy was always a pleasure to be around and willing to assist as needed. They make an awesome team. Attorney Hancock and Nancy are definitely an A-Team. From the moment I met Ms Hancock and Ms Nancy I knew I was in good hands they WORKED WITH ME! Sometimes I’m not the easiest person to work with because I don’t listen lol. If you believe in the Power of prayer then this definitely is the right law office to consider. Ms Hancock prayed for me and my situation and trusted God through everything she did for me!!! This law office NEVER GAVE UP ON ME! Ms Hancock and Nancy are two phenomenal woman and I wouldn’t know what I would have done with out them on my side. For the Hancock Law Firm it’s a ministry of Law to them! I would recommend this Law Firm to any and everyone that’s going through a divorce and or child custody!!!! Beware people of retainining Attorney Hancock. I had an unfortunate incident from 9/2012 of having been involved in a Domestic abuse case that finally lead me to file for a Legal Separation in an effort towards Divorce! I was mislead/misinformed by Attorney Hancock that I had to keep an agreement from our previous legal separation from 2010, which was absolutely untruthful and unethical according to State Laws! Attorney Hancock is fully aware of the Law, which states if parties recohabitate any legal agreement that existed prior would be null and void. Yet she had the audacity to approach me with such a statement for me to say okay when I knew better and without having any kind of Legal Education!
