One of the attorneys in this group, Peter Manion, handled a mefical malpractice lawsuit against a Kaiser doctor That overlooked protocol. There is no option for any decision making when it comes to protocol. Protocol is put in place for a specific reason and there's no interpretation or variation or personal decisions or opinions to be made when it comes to protocol. I think you guys would benefit from having someone less condescending and overall confidently rude taking your phone calls. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a more unprofessional person speaking with me over the phone.
