Communication is horrible, would not contact me when they needed something signed, and I had to call and find out My case started August 2023 and it's now close to the beginning of February 2024 and they are still telling me to wait Blaming the adjusters and then tell me they needed another paper signed and again No communication, I wouldn't have known if I didn't contact them.
