Stabbed in the back! I thought Greyhound Legal was a trusted partner. I hired them for several process service and investigation jobs over the years with reasonable prices and trustworthy service. Out of the blue my respondent hired them for service on a counter suit. The problem is the server shared confidential information on what services I had hired them for earlier, who I was investigating and the instructions I gave for service. Wow, I feel so betrayed! Very unprofessional behavior. To add to the insult, a server was found lurking around our property as we arrived home. They were driving a car with no front plate so our guard was up. This process company is absolutely frauds. Do not use them. I asked the owner Ty to refund my money because two jobs were not completed. He then went out and completed one after I had already asked for refund. Their worker put wrong addresses on their invoices sent to me but never checked the actual court document address which was correct. Then the owner Ty pretended to email about helping but every email was a game. They charged me 380 dollars to serve 3 people at 2 locations and after sending their worker to the wrong address written down by their staff, they tried to charge me another 45 to redirect. I have over 20 emails after calling the owner for refund which he stated on the phone they offer and then hasn't refunded. They never actually served two people and then only served the 3r

I found greyhound legal on Google and I decided to reach out and call them went and visit them, and I was pleased for my first visit. The receptionist was very helpful very kind very understanding and all the service team that I needed to get my job done.
