Searching for a disability attorney I came across this attorney. We exchanged a few emails and I advised Ms. Burchfield I was needing to start the appeal process and was on a time line. After a week of emails we set a time for me to come to her office. I showed up on time and upon introducing myself I hadn't barely sat down when she said to me that something I said in my email gave her great concern. She said it was the sentence of me saying, I feel my case could be won on appeal. That was the whole sentence that bothered her. She then proceeded to tell me she doesn't feel comfortable taking my case and won't be taking me on as a client. I was floored. This woman had the audacity to make me drive all the way to her office when she already had her mind made up she wasn't going to be taking

Cynthia took care of me and helped me through the entire process of my disability case every step of the way. I could never thank her enough for all her years of hard work and I always recommend her to my friends, family, and acquaintances who are also struggling with disability and getting the assistance they need. She treats people as people and not as a paycheck or just a number.
