This law office placed a lien on my home years ago, and I wasn’t even aware of it. Didn’t even know I owed the company that sued. I paid the balance. Now here’s the problem: after I paid this law office years ago, they never recorded the lien release with the county. I realized this today, which is years later. I called and they told me that I would have to go down to the courthouse and get it released myself. I’m sorry… but if you filed the lien, you should be the one to record the release. That is basic professionalism and standard practice. The burden should not fall on the homeowner who already settled the debt. It feels careless, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. I paid what was owed. The least your office could do is follow through and properly release the lien you placed.

Extremely unprofessional experience. The individual I spoke with (I was later told by the receptionist her name may be Miranda, though I’m not confident that’s accurate) was condescending and dismissive from the start. I was attempting to understand the breakdown of my payments, and instead of providing clarification, she repeatedly spoke over me and insisted I was wrong without actually addressing my questions. When handling financial matters, especially involving HOA balances, clear and respectful communication is the bare minimum. That standard was not met. In addition, multiple emails I’ve sent to this office have gone unanswered, which only compounds the issue. I paid off a lien from an HOA misunderstanding 2 years ago, and found out this year that it is still an active lien on my home from this lawyer. Unbelievable, truly useless law office, wouldn't even see my when I went to the office to ask if someone could assist to remove.

I've been calling this office for 3 months with no return calls but yet continue to file court documents against me for payment. I just called and the rudest, most unprofessional receptionist answers per usual, speaks to me condescendingly and hangs up. My HOA could careless. But they don't want to work with you... smh. How is he still in business

If I could give this law office a minus star, I would. The communication is awful! You call, they transfer you over to a paralegal who then says send an email. You send two emails with no response. You call back to follow up and is told by a rude paralegal, your request is not a priority and the person who handles payoffs will get to it when they get to it. This law office handles debt collection so if I am calling to get a pay-off amount to pay off said debt, you would think they would be more responsive. Make it make sense! Filing a complaint!
