We are so grateful for the time and care shown to our family. Even though he wasn’t able to take our case, he took the time to review our exhibits, offer thoughtful feedback, and point us toward helpful resources. His kindness, integrity, and willingness to guide us when he had nothing to gain speaks volumes. A truly wonderful person and advocate.

I just wanted to say this was not a good day. I went in to the office to drop off a letter. Mr Carlton Graham was very rude. One response he stated to me was you coming to complain. This was shocking due to I never met this gentleman. I didn’t even know who he was and I was able to put a face with a name. He was handling my father’s estate. All my family wanted was communication throughout this process. He was communicating at first with my family and then the communication stopped. He stated to me that he would give me documentation that’s requested. Im confused as to why he stated that he would but then he stopped communication. I’m writing this review due to his rudeness he had with me today. Everything he said was very smart and no matter what you shouldn’t talk with an individual that

The lack of patience to understand the problem, since the first phone conversation I explained the details and didn't pay attention to my problem. The lack of experience to advise the best options to prevent a worse case or issue. The secretary asked more questions than Mr. Graham, she has more customer service experience than him. The worse someone can do who serves people is to hang the phone on them, just like he did.

I have never met Mr. Carlton, only talked to him through the phone since I don’t live in the state of North Carolina, but almost 1000 miles away from there. Mr.Carlton took the time to listen to me in my time of need and took very good care of what was going on in North Carolina. He constantly kept me updated and the case got dismissed. One less problem to worry about in my life. Thank you again Mr. Carlton and your staff. I highly recommend!

I called them 5 times and waiting 10 minutes each call and no response. Very unhappy with the service they are providing
