Basinger John

My husband and I needed to have updated wills. We chose John for many reasons. He and his family are from the East Rowan area and we've known the family over 30 years. Good people. He and his staff facilitated our granddaughter's adoption. He was very professional and helpful in accommodating our schedule. We would definitely recommend John.

Very professional and kind-hearted. Was genuinely happy for me when my case turned out excellently. Attorney's humbleness and wisdom ability to refrain from selfishness will exceed your expectations. Mr. Basinger and his attorney both are breathes of fresh air to knowing this office exists.

The receptionist is incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. She has repeatedly gotten my name wrong over the phone and on documents. And she was unable to get my address right. She has a copy of my driver's license, emails with my address written out, and phone calls (live calls and voicemail) where I have spelled out my street address name. But she just wrote an entirely different street name. When she mailed my court costs, the letter got returned back to her (wrong address), and she never bothered to let me know. No phone call, no email, no communication that the mail was undeliverable. I had to reach out to her about it. Ended up paying late and getting a late fee. She has called me a "little girl" many times. I tried giving the lawyer feedback, but he wouldn't listen. Also, it's nearly

He needs a new paralegal that doesn’t look and speak like she just woke up from a nap. She is sloppy with paperwork and loses important forms needed for your case. As for John, it would be nice if he would actually meet his clients or when you complain about the paralegal then he should communicate with you. If we are paying you then be professional and speak to your clients. Don’t have a woman that is rude, lounging around in a T-shirt and always late to work be the one who is handling your case. We were referred here by another attorney in a different county and I must say this is NOT what we expected!

GREAT lawyer.. would recommend. Very kind, doesn't interrupt, knows exactly what to expect in court and prepared you for ALL possible outcomes.. very respectable NOT shady in any way. Recommended for both criminal and family/civil matters.
