I have no idea how Reuben Goude is all I know is that I am crying after the phone call I had with his assistant, and all I wanted was sympathy and have someone talk me through what the process I was doing looked like as I am scared. Not like your dealing with people who are overwhelmed as it is a bit of kindness can go a long way.
