This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm. They do not care! I’m a single mother of five in a resource home Which two out of the five children are disabled. I am living off of fixed income at this time and expressed that to Emily during a consult that should have been an hour for $300 and I think we talked for maybe 25 minutes. Apparently, she should’ve used the full hour to gather all the information she could from me at that time. Instead, she told me she would do what she could For my unique situation. I sent them a $3000 retainer and only received a statement via email that they had taken money for application fees, but nobody reached out to me to communicate otherwise. Susan over had me pay $250 for a consult fee just for the front desk to say she can’t take my case because she has a heavy workload. You knew that before you took my money and wasted my time

Please save your money. They only care about billable hours. The office is unorganized and the lawyer shows up unprepared. Please stay away almost 13 grand later and honestly feel we would have gotten better results without a lawyer

I would not recommend using this firm for legal help. Emery Abdul Latiff was not helpful whatsoever in my case. I used them for a simple traffic ticket case; I feel like I would've been better off on my own. Also, I kept getting mail from them regarding other folks' cases other than my own. Gave me a sense that the office was totally unorganized. I enjoyed speaking with the administrative staff as they were friendly, but that's the only positive comment I can offer about my experience. For me, using them was a waste of time.
