If I could do negative amount of stars I would. The previous owners of my home were tax exempt and did not apply for their exemption the year they sold the home. The lawyer doing the closing failed to check this. So we were credited 0 at closing and then charged by the county and had to pay for 4 months of a year in which we did not own the house so we are out over 2,500$. I have been trying to work with them to collect but they originally blamed it on the sellers title company and have now stopped responding to me. Extremely unprofessional. People make mistakes I get that. But own up to it and fix it.

My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience with this title company. The staff we interacted with were unprofessional and at times, outright rude. More concerning, they made significant errors in the closing documents, resulting in the sellers — who are close family members — being shorted over $6,000. When I reached out to address the issue, the company refused to take responsibility and instead attempted to shift the blame to our lender, despite clear evidence to the contrary. It has now been over a month, and we have yet to receive a single follow-up call or email from their team. Even though we have reached out multiple times. Ryan Weber was exceptional to work with. He was helpful and affordable. He explained things to our older parent with kindness and patience, taking extra care to ensure everyone felt good with the paperwork. HIGHLY recommend!!

UPDATE- not only too cheap to give away a tumbler, they are disorganized, failed to find important information on my property so I lost a lot of money. They don't own their mistakes, they instead become impossible to get a hold of. Then, when I sold at a loss, my realtor used them again, pretending he was not working with them, but at closing, (days late for no reason) they refused to wire the proceeds, citing security reasons, and issued a check. My bank made me overnight it but put it on security hold. Now they won't answer the phone or call the banker back. What a mess. I employed Ryan Weber and his assistant Jessica to help sell my home and they seem to be the gift that kept giving to my nightmares. I want to be clear that this review only reflects my experience with Jessica and the absent attorney Ryan, who I never once heard from. Two days before the scheduled closing, I went to the office to sign closing paperwork and was told there was an issue with the original title to my home, but not to worry as they were working with the title company to get it fixed before Monday.
