Marc has been phenomenal! He and Karin are so friendly and helpful. We had questions regarding what we needed to do to be sure we could go on a cruise that stops in Canada. (Canada is very strict!) He took the time to explain what we needed to do and the documents we needed to be sure we could go on vacation and enjoy ourselves. I asked him what I owed him and he said, "Just enjoy yourself!"
