It is unethical to hide a conflict of interest when representing a party in a legal action. When representing my ex, he was dismissed by the court when I, the opposing party who was not a lawyer and had no legal training nor lawyer to represent me, brought the conflict to the court's attention. In law school, students are required to take a course of professional responsibility. As a lawyer, you swear an oath. These are facts.
