Not a good experience. They told me my case will resolve in a few months but it took 2 years and still did not get approved. They supposed to resolve through congressman and they never follow up with congressman office unless I call them and remind. Whenever I call to check the status of my case, they would say I will send a reminder to congressman’s office. They charge me good amount of money but never work on it on their own. I had to keep calling for reminders. Not happy with their service. They assure me that my case will approve but nothing happen and I lost all the money I paid them. I emailed them and they never even answer my email after failure on the case.
