This firm used my involvement as a material witness to support and ultimately win another case. However, when it came to the case I personally brought to the firm, I received no meaningful assistance or advocacy. Despite multiple attempts to engage and seek help regarding my own matter, there was little to no follow-up or support. I ultimately had to withdraw representation due to the lack of action on my case. While the firm was successful in the other matter, my personal experience as a client was disappointing, particularly given the imbalance in effort and communication.

In my time with this firm, they were very thorough, responded to emails and calls in a very timely manner, and treated me and the situation with much compassion. Would highly recommend this firm!

TODAY I received my "Exhaustion of Benefits" letter, so now for my review. In my time with this firm…I worked with three lawyers, a legal assistant AND ended up being referred to an out of state attorney to help with my auto/personal injury case. In the end I was convinced to settle below policy limits of the AT FAULT driver's auto insurance. I was VERY hesitant to do this because I had never been in car accident like this and wasn't sure what care would be needed in the future. Little did I know how much this decision to settle would haunt me physically, emotionally and financially. They made sure I was always informed on procedures ,appointments and the process we would go through. Anytime I reached out with questions i had a response whether by email , text or phone call within minutes day or night.
