Went in feeling uncomfortable and weird bc mediation is hard on everyone. They reassured me of how many people go through this when divorcing. Alyssa(spelling?) was sweet, kind, & helpful. She made the whole thing seem less taxing. Very much appreciated the way they do things. They had us in different rooms with our own bathrooms, coffee, etc. well done. Thanks for making my mediation better than I expected!

Alissa was so conscientious and caring. She had to clean up a very expensive, unprofessional mess left by my former divorce attorney, Abbi Slaton, and her "sidekick," Charlton Rigsby, from Ball, Morse, & Lowe. Abbi left me completely exposed and Alissa, who apologized repeatedly for another attorney's mess, took care of everything. I truly wish I had never had anything to do with BM&L and encourage any woman seeking representation in a divorce to contact Alissa and stay completely clear of BM&L (no matter what they claim about how great they are!).

Alissa was phenomenal handling my divorce. She advised while still allowing me space to make my own choices. I felt very supported throughout the process with lots of communication to put me at ease. I would definitely recommend!

I completed mediation for my divorce at this location and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience, in what was overall a very challenging life experience. Alissa Prebble Hutter was our mediator and she was very attentive and professional. I would not have made it through the process as gracefully as I did without her and my attorney, Elton Jenkins. I also do not believe there would have been a place of peace found at the end if someone else would have been the mediator. I also cannot go without mentioning Miss Cyndi and her delicious homemade cookies. Her welcoming and comforting presence was an unexpected added bonus. If you are looking to complete mediation at this location you can go ahead and breathe a little.
