You try and give folks a fighting chance but when you give them rope enough to hang themselves... you have Gilbert & Barnhill. Closing was scheduled, rescheduled, then rescheduled again as the closing attorney couldn't get back on a plane from her vacation. Sounds a lot like our fault. After finally getting to closing table, we signed to have them payoff with the proceeds our Home Equity Line. This never happened. After receiving a late notification via email i called and the response was, oh they just never sent it.... WHAT?!?!?!?! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! If they are a choice by your realtor, please look elsewhere. This place will let you down.
