Tried calling for help with obtaining a lawyer for some stuff accident related. Whoever answered the phone was horribly rude. Treated me like a “little women”. Got super annoyed when I tried explaining what was going on (after he made an assumption on why I was calling, and I tried explaining that he was wrong on what I was calling for) all while huffing and puffing the entire time.
