Robert Soltis charged me for simply replying to his emails! He was already pre-paid for four hours just to settle a $1,000 debt in exchange for negative tradeline removal. Not only did he not do that, or even ASK for that as I requested but to get more money out of me, he charged me for "responding" to emails! I only needed to reach a settlement agreement for a $1,000 debt. I still had to pay $600 PLUS an additional $225.00 (in addition to the four hours that he was already paid) to him personally. I could have settled this debt myself for FREE! I ired him in hopes that he could negotiate the negative trade line in from my credit in exchange for the settlement amount. Robert NEVER even tried. He asked me if I'd pay them $600 versus $1,000(that's all I actually owed anyways). When I asked

William Kriekard helped a caregiver from friendship village misappropriate my 97 year old grandfather. He has absolutely no ethics. My grandfather told me he would handle our families estates and was a good man, and that is what he did to him. Makes me very upset and angry. He is not a good or ethical man. The whole dealing with this law firm caused me to have a mental breakdown. Using them to deal with estates and deaths of loved ones is absolute hell.

My father used this law firm, and I also needed to use them recently. They were great, walked me through everything, and we're a great help. They have never let us down, and when anyone needs help this is the place to go.

Mr Kriekard is wonderful and knowledgeable. He takes concerns seriously and yet maintains a sense of humor. We trust him to manage our family matters.

Exceptionally unethical business practices. Will screw you over then demand insane rates, find anyone else to take your case if you're not looking to lose miserably.
