I contacted this firm regarding disability discrimination and retaliation after being terminated during the interactive process. I provided extensive documentation at intake, including HR emails, doctor’s notes, evidence of a failed interactive process, and a written timeline. I want to clarify that I did not interact with the other partners. This review reflects only my experience with Mr. Gattuso. I was lost and nervous and confused and they did everything to put me at at ease and advocated for me to the greatest degree he possibly could and got me the most favorable results.
