Tim and his office staff are very busy, to busy to return calls within a timely manner. I waited over a week for a call and never received a call. While waiting for Tim all his office keeps emailing me to sign something I dont agree with. Tim and the office staff have never done what is best the interest of the client! Tim and his office does what's fastest and easiest for them! I'm including the pictures I sent Tim and wanted to discuss but he was unwilling to address my concerns about how to change a name in the willing. Surrogate court gave great information but, Tim and his team were unwilling to acknowledge the information or follow up on it!

He is very good at advising how you can preserve family wealth by planning ahead. Sometimes that involves setting up a trust or prenup. Sometimes it may be as simple as making sure beneficiary forms are in order. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
