They will mislead you and file motions in court without notifying you, then work with an opposing attorney they know was never retained to represent you. This is all done to fraudulently secure their payment. As a result, we now have to refile to reopen the case because we were never notified and were falsely represented. In response to their reply to my review, I want to clarify that I was not represented by counsel and was not the insured. This firm would have known this if they had conducted proper due diligence. In fact, I had a claim against the insured they referenced, which confirms that I was a claimant, not the insured.
