Does not read anything, has a smart ass mouth, and suggest things that are impossible.... Wasted 24 trying to communicate with an attorney that wasn't even the right attorney...all because what she read NOTHING

We went through chapter 13 w Gail Donaldson and she taught me a whole lot. At first, I was nervous about the payments but she really is tender when she let's you know if your living beyond your means... Which is why most people end up needing her help anyway...and u know every charge u will get before signing papers;she and the staff was great at explaining... And FYI watch the long boring video and for real take notes... Makes u think twice where your money is going! Like one of my issues 100 plus for junk at gas stations wasted food and candy sorts.. makes u really think! She opened my eyes to how much cigs where costing me and I've been smoke free for 4 years now... Life lessons and thankful to have a great team that can answer any questions... Ms Gail Donaldson was not nice to me every time I would call her she either avoided trying to talk to me or when she did she acted like I was bothering her along with the rest of the staff they also took advantage of me they took over 4000 then dismissed my case because I couldn't make another payment tried talking to them wasn't helpful at all to me very disappointed in the staff and Ms Gail I'm just very upset that she wouldn't allow me a second chance to make it right ppl go through stuff and she just refused to help me anymore... I hope anyone else that uses this attorney gets better treatment than she treated me
